- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 business objectives and ESG principles
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with quantified ROI projections
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem including startups, academia, and venture partners
- Monitor global technology policy and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Innovation; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or venture development
