Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Establish a comprehensive vision and strategic plan for integrating next-generation AI technologies, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focusing on generative AI, quantum computing integration, and autonomous systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical executives and investors, securing buy-in for high-stakes investments.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Prototype Development: Oversee the creation of high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate future industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of navigating ambiguity and driving solutions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
