Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech fusion)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and technology maturity tracking
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and converging tech domains
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience building R&D pipelines with $50M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
