Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop go-to-market strategies for next-gen products with $50M+ revenue potential
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members quarterly
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
- Drive ethical technology adoption frameworks in collaboration with policy teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record launching commercialized emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers/patents)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members in high-growth environments
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
