Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions for high-traffic platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define and implement innovative product features.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and ensure best practices.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of next-generation distributed systems.
- Engage in a structured mentorship program, receiving guidance from Principal Engineers.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex performance bottlenecks and bugs.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
