Responsibilities

- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities in 2026+ tech landscape
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and executive teams to align on future technology priorities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global research labs
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive briefings on technology convergence and societal impact
- Advise C-suite on technology investments, risk mitigation, and ethical implementation frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption in 2026+ timeframe
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management, with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience working with C-suite executives and presenting to boards of directors
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems and research communities
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, CFI) highly valued
