- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent intelligence for future tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains: quantum, AI, biotech, or space tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Aha!, Miro, Palantir)
