Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science from accredited institution
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum processors
