Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive organizational adoption of emerging technologies through change management frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of translating technological trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
