Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric integration
- Partner with government agencies on future-proof digital infrastructure policies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging risks/opportunities in post-quantum cryptography
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management (e-waste reduction targets: 40% by 2026)
- Prototype neural interface prototypes for accessibility applications
- Coordinate global hackathons focusing on 'Human-Centered 2026' challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- 5+ years in technology strategy with proven 3-5 year horizon planning
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM preferred)
- Experience with regulatory sandboxes for emerging tech
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable technology architecture designs
