Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record leading quantum computing, AI/ML, or biotech integration projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology forecasts (Gartner, WEF, IEEE)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
