Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors with data-driven impact analyses
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for cutting-edge R&D collaborations
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify competitive advantages and risks
- Drive innovation workshops to foster creative problem-solving and scenario planning for 2030 tech horizons
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals across technical and business domains
