Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives beyond MVP stage
- Expertise in sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Fluency in future trend analysis frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning)
- Executive presence with $50M+ project leadership experience
- Patents in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural architecture design, carbon capture tech
