Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy advanced deep learning models, with a focus on LLMs and multimodal architectures.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Build and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure models perform efficiently in production environments.
- Research & Experimentation: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, reduce latency, and enhance user personalization.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
