We are seeking a visionary Director of Future Tech Strategy to architect our roadmap for 2026 and beyond. You will act as the bridge between high-level strategic foresight and technical execution, guiding our engineering and product teams to deliver solutions that are not only market-ready but revolutionary.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Technology Vision, aligning long-term goals with our corporate mission.
- Lead the strategic planning process for emerging technologies, including AI, spatial computing, and next-gen connectivity.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive trends that will impact the 2026 landscape.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and external industry partners.
- Oversee the roadmap for innovation labs, ensuring prototypes transition into viable product features.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product Management, and Marketing teams.
- Present complex strategic insights to the board of directors and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or business development within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives that resulted in significant market growth or technological breakthroughs.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics with a focus on future applications.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire high-performance teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
