Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and their market implications for 2026+
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive threats/opportunities in emerging sectors
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and resources for experimental projects
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong network within technology innovation ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
