Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, biotech, and AI
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Translate technical concepts into scalable business models and go-to-market strategies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to C-suite executives
- Manage R&D budget allocation for emerging technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
