Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling experimental tech to production
- Certification in Future Tech Impact Assessment (FTIA)
- Experience with ISO 20700 for tech ethics governance
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global partnerships
