Responsibilities

- Design 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on future-state capabilities
- Produce executive reports on emerging tech risks and opportunities
- Manage a $2M annual innovation portfolio
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum systems, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Strong financial modeling and scenario planning skills
- Executive presentation experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
