- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into development pipelines
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future trends
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
