Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging technological and societal trends with 3-5 year horizon using proprietary AI-driven analytics
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing adoption and AI integration across industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Author high-impact trend reports for executive stakeholders and investor briefings
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into development lifecycles
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting long-term strategy
- Mentor junior analysts in foresight methodologies and trend synthesis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D planning
- Proven expertise in AI/ML trend forecasting and scenario modeling frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex data into executive narratives
- Experience with foresight tools like Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, or Causal Layered Analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or strategic roadmaps
- Strong proficiency in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and NLP tools
