Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for Project 2026, establishing the long-term technical roadmap and best practices.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards, review code, and ensure compliance with security and scalability requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders and collaborate with product managers to align technical delivery with business goals.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Rust).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex, large-scale projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural issues and make strategic trade-off decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
