Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record in launching market-disrupting products (min. 3 exits/acquisitions)

- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budget management and ROI analysis
