Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-corrected architectures for 2026-era quantum processors
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum coherence and gate fidelity
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals
- Partner with industry leaders to identify quantum computing opportunities in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Drive open-source quantum computing initiatives to accelerate global innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE implementations)
