Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Design and implement the '2026 Protocol'—a unified framework integrating predictive AI models with legacy enterprise systems.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Build scalable, resilient architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads and quantum-ready encryption standards.
- R&D Leadership: Guide a team of elite engineers in researching emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Neural Interfaces and Edge Computing.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate abstract future trends into actionable technical roadmaps for the C-suite and product teams.
- System Optimization: Enhance latency and throughput for real-time data processing in predictive analytics environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including data scientists, security experts, and UX designers to create seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading high-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Go; proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing.
- AI & ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and their deployment architectures.
- Forward-Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts 3-5 years into the future.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
