Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define the architectural vision for AI solutions that align with the company's 2026 roadmap and long-term business goals.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to drive innovation and execution.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, researching new methodologies to improve model performance and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into practical, high-impact solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize AI systems for latency, accuracy, and resource consumption.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture and large-scale systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
