Key Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and deploy advanced Machine Learning models and neural networks capable of processing billions of data points in real-time.
- Lead the architecture of Generative AI systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduce latency on edge devices and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade models.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning principles.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or AWS SageMaker.
