- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead innovation workshops to foster cross-departmental collaboration on future tech initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Monitor global tech patents, startups, and academic breakthroughs
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Define KPIs to measure the impact of future technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Experience building tech innovation ecosystems within large organizations
