Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to production
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE 7001) or equivalent
