Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from conceptualization to market-ready deployment
- Collaborate with R&D teams to secure patents and intellectual property
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Published research or patents in futuristic technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
