Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI precursors) for commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/autonomous systems deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and venture partners
- Manage innovation incubator programs focused on 2026-use-case development
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech/automotive/healthcare sectors
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex system interactions
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies
