Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with company vision
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Build financial models and ROI projections for futuristic tech investments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Author thought leadership content on technology trends and future scenarios
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging tech into roadmaps
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic technology adoption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Proven experience building and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex scenarios
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced qualification preferred
- Track record of translating futuristic concepts into business value
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business required
