Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech) for commercial application
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders, startups, and research institutions
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid experimentation and iteration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs preferred
