Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with long-term business objectives
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and conference presentations
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating trends into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, backcasting)
