Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI) with 2026+ market potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech ecosystems through competitive analysis and academic partnerships
- Design frameworks for ethical technology implementation and scalability
- Secure partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
