Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities
- Develop frameworks for ethical implementation of transformative technologies
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track technology adoption impact
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage innovation budget allocation for pilot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, IoT, generative AI)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CISM, TOGAF)
- Expertise in sustainability and ESG frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
