Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps with ROI projections and risk mitigation strategies
- Spearhead innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (neurotech interfaces, quantum algorithms)
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible tech development
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic R&D investments
- Present executive-level briefings on technology disruption scenarios and adaptive strategies
- Mentor innovation lab teams in rapid prototyping and technology validation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or AI ethics frameworks
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
- Experience building tech incubators or corporate innovation labs
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive/board communication skills
