Responsibilities
- Develop AI roadmaps for 2026-2030 addressing climate resilience, healthcare equity, and human-AI symbiosis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping generative AI systems with emergent capabilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal inflection points
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making in high-stakes environments
- Partner with governments and Fortune 500 companies to implement future-ready AI policies
- Publish thought leadership in Nature Futures and IEEE Spectrum
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing AI systems with emergent behaviors
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Published research on AGI safety or human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating work on AI systems addressing 2030+ challenges
- Security clearance preferred for national security collaborations
