Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology foresight strategies aligned with market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Build strategic partnerships with tech incubators, universities, and research institutions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech scouting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of commercializing disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic direction
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Published research or speaking engagements at major tech conferences
