- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Monitor patent landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting emerging tech
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and prototyping initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/AR)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
