You'll report directly to our CTO and influence product development, operational efficiency, and market positioning through 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) to develop strategic implementation plans for 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 landscape
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, IoT)
- Expertise in scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of past strategic technology implementations
