Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology adoption strategy aligning with market forecasts
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging tech disruptions (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen tech integration
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype 3-5 year innovation pipelines
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and venture partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic innovations (AI/quantum/bio)
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, S-curves)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research on exponential technology adoption
