- Manage $15M+ annual innovation budget across emerging tech domains
- Present disruptive technology proposals to investors and industry partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and biotech applications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech convergence
- Executive experience managing R&D budgets >$10M
- Published thought leadership in future technologies or innovation strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network with tech innovators and venture capital community
