Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market disruptions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D budget allocation across emerging technology domains
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
