Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable solutions for quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI ethics frameworks
- Research and implement carbon-negative computing infrastructure
- Prototype 6G communication systems with zero-latency protocols
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through white papers and demos
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech incubation programs
- Present findings at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-level quantum computing systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and blockchain 3.0
- Proven track record securing federal SBIR grants
- Fluency in Rust, Q#, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Patents in sustainable tech or neuromorphic computing
- Experience with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) certification
