Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop multi-generational innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market evolution
- Conduct scenario planning workshops for executive teams to prepare for 3-5 year strategic pivots
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready frameworks into development pipelines
- Establish and maintain strategic foresight methodologies including Delphi studies and weak signal detection
- Present future insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Build and curate an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills with ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and communicating future scenarios to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures, innovation, or technology disruption
