Responsibilities
- Design ethical frameworks for generative AI and neural interface technologies
- Lead audits of autonomous decision-making systems using Explainable AI (XAI) tools
- Develop bias-mitigation protocols for large language models deployed in healthcare
- Create governance standards for human-AI collaborative workflows in robotics
- Partner with quantum computing teams to ensure ethical data encryption protocols
- Present findings to regulatory bodies and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) AI frameworks
- Published research on bias in machine learning or AI governance
- Experience auditing autonomous systems in regulated industries
- Proficiency in Python and ethical AI toolkits (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and implications
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE, ACM) preferred
