Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to forecast their impact on the industry.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact R&D initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term technology adoption.
- Monitor global tech trends to pivot strategies as needed.
- Oversee the transition of prototype technologies to scalable production by 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and implementing long-term strategies.
