Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) and integrating them into our product ecosystem.
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable system architectures that support rapid growth and high availability.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Technical Excellence: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance across all engineering teams.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify technical debt and potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, Python, or Java).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research, evaluate, and deploy cutting-edge technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
