- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions with $10M+ innovation budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA for cutting-edge research
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Oversee patent portfolio development for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futuristics (or demonstrable equivalent)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural-symbolic AI, or climate tech
- Clearance for federal innovation projects preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic a strong advantage
